Syndicate Pick'em is a private, invite-only NFL pick'em game run for a small group of friends. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. The short version: only what the game needs, and we never sell or share it.
What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture. We use these only to recognize you and show your name on the board. We don't get your password or access to your Gmail, contacts, Drive or anything else in your Google account.
- What you do in the game: your picks, votes, favorite teams, display settings and notification preferences.
- A sign-in cookie so you stay logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To run the game: showing picks and standings to the other players in the league, sending your invite email, and keeping you signed in. That's it.
Who can see it
Your name, picture, picks and votes are visible to the other invited players. League admins can also see your email address. We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone else. The site runs on service providers that store or deliver data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Resend (invite emails).
Deleting your data
Ask a league admin and we'll remove your account and everything tied to it. You can also revoke this site's access to your Google account anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
